Design Goals:
- Add retaining wall to side yard for ease of maintenance and erosion control
- Reduce lawn in front yard to reduce amount of mowing
- Add dense plantings to reduce amount of weeding
- Add plants with more multi-seasonal interest and color
- Add path from sidewalk to avoid steep driveway
- Add dry creek bed in side yard to help with drainage
- Required approval from Home Owners Association
